Q. Do baskets arrived as showed in picture?
A. In circumstances when items in a basket are not available we reserve the right to substitute
that item with an equal or greater value with no additional charge to you. Yes, We try to keep the
look of a basket as similar as possible.

Q. Do you offer corporate gift baskets?
A. Corporate gift program and customized baskets are available upon request. Please consult
one of our sale representatives to help you in selecting the appropriate items for your gift
baskets. Discounts on any large order is always an option.

Q. Can I send a greeting with my gift, and when will the order arrive?
A. The sender of gift baskets can write a personalized greeting to the gift recipient. The message
will be printed on a note card and sent along with the gift baskets. Please note that gift baskets
can not be shipped to P.O.box. Please provide a valid address for shipping. Orders are shipped
within 2-15 business days unless requested otherwise; shipping rates may be varied depending
on baskets, Massachusetts residents - Please include 5% sale tax.
